How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply search the site or use our built in filters to find the item your are looking for and click “Add to Cart.” If you already have an account with us you will be prompted to login. If you are new to our website, please fill out the account sign up form and your account will be created. Follow the instructions in the shopping cart to proceed with checkout.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place an order. Upon placement of an order you will receive an email confirmation.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately as we begin to process, pack, and ship your order right away.
When will my order ship?
In Stock items ship within 24-72 hours.
If an item is not in stock, on the individual item page, you will see “This item ships in...” Not in stock items ship from the artist’s studio. Different artists have different shipping lead times depending on the nature of the artwork, availability of materials, and size of their studio.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the shipper’s tracking information.

What is your Return Policy?
Items purchased on MyAmericanCrafts.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Returned items must be in same condition as they were received. We do not accept used, worn, or altered items.
How do I return an Item?
To return an item please contact our customer support team for detailed instructions: support@myamericancrafts.com
All returned Items must be shipped to our gallery in Ithaca, New York. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please repack item in the original packing material within which it was received.
If MyAmericanCrafts.com shipped you the wrong item, or the item was defective or damaged in anyway, MyAmericanCrafts.com will pay the return shipping costs.
What do I do if my item arrived damaged?
If an item is damaged in shipment customer must contact us immediately at support@myamericancrafts.com so we can file a claim with the shipper.
Customer must retain all packaging and shipping materials for possible Shipper Inspection. You may need to hold this material for 7 to 10 days.
Do Not Discard the Damaged Item or Any of The Boxes or Shipping Materials.
Immediately upon damage notification we will do everything we can to replace the item that was damaged. If replacement is not possible we will then refund the customer for the item and shipping costs.
How are Returns Credited?
You will be refunded via the same form of payment used in the original purchase. Refunds are processed within 7-14 days after receipt of the returned item by our Ithaca gallery. You will be credited for the price of your original order minus shipping costs.
